Well, here we are middle aged and uncertain of our future with a few regrets or lessons learned in our past.

Turning to health and wellness at first was a cry for help in my life. I was grief stricken and angry from living in fight and flight for so many years. My body was urging me to make changes. After two divorces, 130 lbs. overweight, in dept with no way to save money for my future, and my family divided.

I finally listened. Growing up in Moscow Idaho I had a way of looking at life as if everything would always work out. My unshakable faith assured me that no matter what it would. And it has. Now it is my mission to walk through this journey with you. Life can be better I promise.
